Yogurt and Granola Parfait

Yogurt and Granola Parfait



2 tbsp. granola

2 c. yogurt

½ c. heavy cream

1 tbsp. honey

1 pinch vanilla powder

2 tbsp. powder sugar

2 peeled oranges

1 banana

1 tbsp. blueberries or strawberries

In a glass container of your choice place 1 tbsp. of blueberry, a quartered strawberry and 2 tbsp. of granola.

In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, heavy cream, honey and vanilla powder. Using the Electrolux Masterpiece Collection immersion blender with the whip attachment, mix for 3 minutes until yogurt mixture is soft. Scoop or pipe over the granola making sure the surface is flat.

To make the fruit coulis, put the oranges, banana and powdered sugar in the Electrolux Masterpiece Collection blender and mix on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour delicately on the top of the yogurt.

Decorate with some pomegranate seed. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
