Key Lime Pie

Graham Cracker Crust

11 oz. graham crackers                 

3.5 oz. brown sugar

5.5 oz. butter     

Electrolux Masterpiece Blender


Key Lime Filling

25 oz. condensed milk                   

4 oz. sour cream

6.5 oz. key lime juice

1 lime (zest)                     

Electrolux Masterpiece blender


Graham Cracker Crust

Combine all ingredients in the Electrolux Masterpiece Blender.

Pulse until well mixed.

Press graham cracker crust into desired pie pan.

Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.


Key Lime Filling

Combine all ingredients in the Electrolux Masterpiece blender.

Pulse until well mixed.

Pour into the cooled graham cracker crust.

Bake at 350°F for 6-8 minutes.
