AIESEC – Global Internship Program

AIESEC is the world’s largest student organization connecting over 800 educational institutions from all over the world with the business environment. In cooperation with AIESEC Electrolux offers global exchange internships. It enriches our company with highly-motivated young talented people from all over the world. Through this partnership we continue to attract graduates and young professionals, who are willing to be challenged by internship experiences globally. CEMS

The Community of European Management Schools and International Companies (CEMS) is an alliance of leaders in business and higher education. 17 of the most renowned academic institutions in Europe and 4 non-European academic institutions collaborate together with almost 50 of the world’s leading multinationals to offer international, postgraduate students a unique blend of high quality education and professional experience. Electrolux became a CEMS Corporate Partner first in 2002 for one year and then, after a period of just limited collaboration with certain member schools, in 2006 rejoined the community. In tight cooperation with the best European business schools we have the possibility to work directly with students on real projects which brings benefits not only to these students but also to Our Company.

SIFE

SIFE is a global non-profit organization active in more than 40 countries. It is funded by financial contributions from corporations, entrepreneurs, foundations, government agencies and individuals. Working in partnership with business and higher education, SIFE establishes student teams on university campuses. Electrolux became a SIFE World Cup Sponsor a few years ago. After finding an interest for SIFE among Swedish universities we established SIFE Sweden in October 2004 in a joint initiative with Investor and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.

Universities

Attracting, supporting and cooperating with young talents is very important for Electrolux. We are aware of the fact that students today can be our leaders tomorrow and we enjoy contributing to their development. In order to enhance our support, we tie closer relations with universities where we can directly contribute to particular student activities. Electrolux also offers graduates the possibility of writing master theses in cooperation with our company and provides help with other students´ activities.
